. On a lark, I called the number and it was Cassie who responded, at once making time to show me that house. Unfortunately, it turned out that was not the house I bought, but fortunately I was sold on Cassie Mueller as my Real Estate agent right away! My hunch was right, Cassie turned out to be an outstanding agent for me. Living as I did in Chicago and looking to buy a place in Arizona posed problems. In my opinion Cassie went above and beyond to help me. She was there for me from start to finish. Cassie had my best interest in mind and helped me line up inspections, meet with appraisers, and met with a family member to view the property on several occasions. She went far beyond what I have ever had a realtor do for us in the past (having sold 7 houses in my life). She not only acted as our realtor for the sale, but also led our effort to redo the house for sale. We moved from Peoria to Texas in 2008, but rented our house rather than selling it. My wife and I rented it for over 15 years, and performed no major upgrades and limited maintenance. We decided to sell the house in late 2023. We drove to Peoria in late 2023 to interview real estate agents. We wanted someone to do three things: • Act as our local agent to hire, manage and verify the quality of vendors to do major upgrades and maintenance to the house (an extensive effort after 15 years of renting), • Perform the traditional role that a realtor does when listing and selling a house, • Do both of the above tasks while we lived out of state, minimizing both our time and our trips to Peoria. We made our decision to hire Cassie during our 1st interview. We discussed the important aspects of the arrangement and had a deal before the meeting was over. We finalized and signed the arrangements remotely within several days. Cassie did a fantastic job of leading us through the extensive house upgrades and maintenance. She did a thorough job of finding and qualifying vendors, managing the contracting process, getting the vendors into the house, and managing their efforts and results. Soon we had a complete confidence in Cassie. Cassie also did a wonderful job in selling our house. To emphasize our comfort and happiness with Cassie’s work – The only trip we made to Peoria during this whole process was our initial interview with Cassie. We never felt we had to return during any of the preparation work or even for the sale itself. Cassie was incredibly proactive, experienced and honest. She always followed up on things quickly and used good judgment on what to communicate. We would obviously use Cassie again.

Cassie really went above and beyond to help us out through our home buying process. Being new to the area we weren’t familiar with anything really, she went above and beyond to help us find multiple inspectors for the house/roof and really did everything she could to make the buying process simple for us. I would say we are hard negotiators and we even reached a little with our offers and she was on our side the whole time. She always provided us with her honest opinion and respected our views. In the end she negotiated hard and got us the house for the price we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking.

Cassie was very knowledgeable, and she put found the perfect place for us and then negotiated a great deal. Cassie also provided excellent follow-up after the transaction, and ensured our interests were met. She made us feel like her most important clients, and she treated us with the highest priority.

Cassie was very accurate on her suggested pricing on the home, she was extremely helpful as to what repairs would recover their cost and make the home more marketable. The house sold very quickly and for our asking price. She communicated often and with good info. Anytime I needed her she came through with the help I ask for. I am referring her to a close friend.
